STUDENT PROFILE
The Harris School's students have experienced social/emotional difficulty in previous schools or social settings. Challenges may include but are not limited to ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, high-functioning Autism, or sensory/behavior/mood disorders. Not all of our students have a diagnosis. They typically have average to above average intelligence but have a hard time performing well in school and forming relationships. Our goal is to equip students with coping skills, new patterns of thinking and a more positive outlook. We also work to help them transition into a more
mainstream, academic setting.
